Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Fulfillment

Most Solar Pool USA products ship from our California or Tennessee warehouse. Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
  • Oversized Items (reels, heating kits): 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates

Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders over $99.
Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Inspect all packages upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact hello@solarpoolusa.com within 5 business days and we’ll make it right.


Returns

We want you to love your Solar Pool USA purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@solarpoolusa.com with your order number, photos (if needed), and a short explanation. We’ll send next steps and an RMA number.

Exceptions

Certain custom or made-to-order items — including cut-to-size solar covers and select heating kits — may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee. Product pages note these exceptions before checkout.

Restocking Fees

  • Standard items: 10% restocking fee
  • Custom or special-order items: up to 25%

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Credits are issued to the original form of payment.

Warranty

We stand behind every product we sell. All eligible products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, fulfilled with Solar Pool Supply, an official U.S. distributor for GeoBubble™ and related solar products.

Coverage Overview

  • GeoBubble™ Solar Covers — 6-Year Limited Warranty
    (2-Year Full Replacement + 4-Year Prorated)
  • Solar Heating Panels — 10-Year Limited Warranty
  • Reels & Accessories — Manufacturer-specific coverage (typically 1–3 years)

Filing a Warranty Claim

Email hello@solarpoolusa.com with:

  • Your order number and date of purchase
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our warranty team will review your claim and coordinate with the manufacturer or Solar Pool Supply to expedite your repair or replacement.

What’s Not Covered

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, chemical imbalance, or normal wear and tear. Labor, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase from Solar Pool USA is required for warranty coverage.
